Terms and Conditions for Being Tattooed at ONE LOVE TATTOO SHOP

Welcome to ONE LOVE TATTOO SHOP / Tarlito Tattoo (the "Studio"). By booking and receiving a tattoo through www.onelovetattoo.cz, olts.cz, prague-tattoo.cz, prague-tattoo.com (collectively referred to as the "Websites"), or by visiting the Studio in person, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Age and Legal Requirements
- Clients must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo at the Studio.
- A valid government-issued ID must be presented before the tattoo appointment.
- The Studio complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding tattoo services.
2. Health and Safety
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that could affect the tattooing process or healing.
- The Studio reserves the right to refuse service if the tattooist deems it unsafe or unsuitable due to health concerns.
- The Studio ensures the highest hygiene standards, including the use of sterilized equipment and disposable materials.
3. Booking and Deposits
- A deposit is required to secure your appointment. For in-person bookings, the deposit is 500 Kč (20 EUR), while for online bookings, the deposit is 1200 Kč (50 EUR). All deposits are non-refundable but will be deducted from the final tattoo cost.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- If you need to reschedule, please inform the Studio promptly. While availability cannot be guaranteed, we will strive to accommodate a new date that works for you.
4. Gift Vouchers
- The Studio offers gift vouchers as a thoughtful present for your loved ones. Vouchers can be purchased directly at the Studio or by contacting us via email or Instagram direct messages.
- All vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
5. Consent for Photos and Studio Use
- By receiving a tattoo at the Studio, you consent to the Studio photographing your tattoo for its portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including social media and the Websites.
- If you do not wish for your tattoo to be photographed or used, please inform the tattoo artist in writing before or during the appointment.
6. Tattoo Design and Process
- All tattoo designs will be finalized in consultation with the client and the tattoo artist.
- The Studio retains the right to refuse designs deemed inappropriate or offensive.
- Once the design is approved, the tattooing process will proceed as planned. Minor adjustments may be made at the tattoo artist’s discretion.
7. Aftercare and Responsibility
- Aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of the session or alternatively you can visit Aftercare section on our web. Following these instructions is essential for proper healing and to avoid complications.
- The Studio is not responsible for issues arising from improper aftercare or failure to follow the given instructions.
8. Payment Terms
- The full balance of the tattoo cost must be paid at the end of the session unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods will be specified on the Websites or communicated by the Studio.
9. Liability
- The Studio is not responsible for adverse reactions or complications arising from the tattooing process, provided that proper procedures and aftercare instructions were followed.
- The Studio will not issue refunds for completed tattoos.
10. Digital Forms and Walk-Ins
- Walk-in clients at the Studio may complete and sign the required forms digitally using their mobile devices.
- Digital signatures are considered legally binding and indicate agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
11. Modifications to These Terms
- The Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on the Websites.
- By booking or receiving a tattoo after such modifications, you agree to the updated Terms.
